Demo update - Speedrunner mode improvements

Thanks to everyone who’s backed the Kickstarter - we’re over a third of the way there!

I’ve made some improvements to the demo, mostly improving things for speedrunners - the save select screen will now show game time as well as completion percentage for each slot.

The end screen has been reworked to be a bit prettier and also display your completion time and percentage.

A few minor bugs and graphics issues have been cleaned up, and you may notice some minor improvements - the dock opening animation is smoother, little things like that.
